Went to Lou's to get a custom dual exhaust system for my Ford F-150. I went in on Thursday April 7th for a free estimate. I then set up an appointment for the following Monday.

What a fantastic job they did on my custom exhaust !!! They used full stainless steel. They gave me that rumble that I was looking for, and my dual quads look fantastic !!! I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone looking for an exhaust system .

Did a great job on my 68 GMC. Custom fully stainless. Mark made sure to leave space for my pending gas tank move. Hard to find places that still do old school custom work. Highly recommend. Didn't think twice about having them do a flex pipe on wife's Hyundai after this.

Needed a repair in a tight window. Service complete in a week and she purrs like a kitten again. Great job. Highly recommend.

Thank you for the amazing service today. I dropped my car off last night after hours and they called this morning and had it ready by 8:30 am!! Amazing work, my car no longer sounds like a race car the second I turn it on! I'm very pleased with the service and will definitely be using them again for any future services.

I have had a very wonderful experience with Lou's, My car was sounding very bad and he did an excellent job. I would recommend him to every body. also very understanding.

I would recommend Lou's repair shop for any exhaust work needed, they are honest and show you the work needed done. Their prices are far better than any other place around. I priced out the repair at another shop and they told me $1850 Lou''s priced it at $675 and their quality of work was exceptional.

Had an exhaust leak, called to have it get looked at and got a really fair quote.

My car had a rusted flex pipe that I knew of, but wasn't sure the rest of the damage. My car ended up needing part of the mid-pipe replaced, and they were able to complete it very quickly and have my car quiet as ever. Price was higher than I am used to, but I recently moved out in this area and noticed that's average price around here. Mark was great about explaining everything and was professional the entire time. I will definitely bring all my vehicles here moving forward with exhaust issues.

Lou's is great! I drove in and they took care of my dump truck exhaust. Simplifying it with a cat back dual exhaust stainless steel muffler with 2 drop downs. Not only you can't see it, the engine breathes and performs better and it sounds like a real truck! I rip it when I drive by their shop because I know they like it.

truck Hanger on muffler rubber was missing they replaced for free these guys are good honest and straight up...they have also done muffler on my car 2 years ago...Best place to go

I installed a new performance muffler myself using band clamps because I wasn't sure I'd like the sound so the clamps allow me the opportunity to remove it, if needed. It worked out well for over 4 years until the clamps started to wear, split and leak. So I contacted Lou's in Fitchburg to see if they could help. I went in knowing I would probably be by buying a new muffler. Mark was very helpful, and as I suspected, a new muffler was in order. So I bought a new one. Mark and his team did a fantastic job with the install. However, after driving around for a few days, I realized I did not like the tone. I know sound is extremely subjective, but this tone was just not to my liking. It had more drone in the cab than my other muffler. I phoned Mark and expressed my concerns. He was very empathetic and worked with me to resolve the issue fairly. Mark and his team do great work and are professional, kind and courteous. Great shop!

Very Good service, called a day in advance to schedule a free quote with them. Came in the next day at 9 and my car is already being worked on! Friendly staff and professional workers. Will definitely visit again in the future for my exhaust needs.

Lou's just a a great place!! Had some work done there and he saw my car seats in the back of the car and said he'd give me a deal because he saw I had a family. Great and professional welds and very friendly service

Wanted to remove aftermarket muffler and reinstall factory one. Quoted $125-150 and charged $150 for the initial 40 mins of work. Welds appear to be airtight and of professional quality. Mark and his team worked patiently with me post-installation to restore the factory symmetry of the dual exhaust (2020 Ram 1500). I was not charged for the fine tuning adjustments post-install. Team was professional, diligent, and dedicated to customer satisfaction and service. I would recommend to others in the area looking for exhaust repair or installation.

These guys will go above and beyond to help ya! Great people that do great work. Highly recommend. They got my v8 Jeep hemi sounding MEAN!! And were also pretty helpful with some other stuff.
